Ted Cabeen

Biography

Ted Cabeen has led the Life Sciences Computing Group since June 2010. Prior to joining the LSCG, he served as the Chemistry and Biochemistry department's Director of the Computing Services for nearly 4 years. Ted has over 15 years of experience in Information Technology infrastructure and support, including skills in networking, systems, clusters and management. Ted is also a proud father and an amateur photographer.

Job Responsibilities

As the director of the LSCG, Ted is ultimately responsible for all facets of the LSCG's work. On a day-to-day basis, he provides networking, VOIP, systems, helpdesk, and management of the group.
